Dr Sandeep is the Head and Chief of the department of Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery at Chettinad Superspeciality hospital since 2016. He has over 11 years of specialty experience and is well known for his precision and dedication.
He finished his under graduation from the esteemed PSG in Coimbatore with 9 distinctions and completed his post graduation from Kilpauk Medical College with a gold medal. He also went on to complete his super speciality (MCh) degree from Madras Medical College where he again bagged a gold medal.
He has an impressive teaching experience and has been an Associate Professor in General Surgery for over 5 years. He is an internationally recognized researcher and and several of his research articles have been published in national and international- peer reviewed journals.
His interview in a show named ‘Checkup’ by a popular news channel ‘Kalaignar TV’ was also recently aired globally. He plays a vital role in the hospital and is a key member of most trauma surgeries from the ER. His devotion towards his work and patients and his impeccable clinical proficiency is unparalleled.
